Nose: caramel, vanilla, cherry, pie crust, a little pepper Body: medium Palate: caramel, vanilla, pie crust with gooey red fruit. The palate mirrors the nose. Finish: medium to long, sweet and smoky. Note: It's more subtle than I anticipated for the proof, but it has weight and sweetness. This is truly delicious. The palate, nose, and finish are all exceptional.
