The Heaven Hill Bourbon Experience offers this barrel proof whiskey, available only through its "You Do Bourbon" tour. Barrels of Bernheim Wheat Whiskey that have matured for a minimum of 7 years are hand-selected, and participants have the opportunity to bottle their own. The alcohol by volume will differ depending on the barrel chosen.

I'm not a fan of this one right now. I'll probably use it for mixing. It becomes much better and smoother after resting.
