Even with water, it's intensely fiery. The nose has a nice rye spiciness, but the heat makes it hard to discern other notes. Adding more water brings out molasses, but it lacks depth. My partner commented that it smells more pungent than English mustard.
Not particularly impressed. Seek other options.
