About this bottle
The Bluestill Distillery, established in 1995, has relocated from Kingsvale, New South Wales, to a site on Henry Lawson Way in Young. The distillery not only displays its handmade spirits but also features local art. Red Kelpie Dark Rum, produced from Australian sugar cane and molasses, is intended to be a common bar offering and is currently unavailable outside Australia.
