Tasted a small amount at the distillery. This is a 2-year old, 51% rye, 4-grain mash bill containing wheat, malted barley & corn. It's light and sweet on the palate with a focus on orchard fruit, plus a pleasant hint of spice and wood. I enjoyed it enough to seek out a larger sample. I'm curious how it compares to Rittenhouse, Old Overholt or Wild Turkey...
