This is closer to a maple bacon liqueur. The aroma is dominated by maple syrup, with little room for smoky undertones. The taste starts with sweet maple syrup liqueur, transitioning to overcooked, burnt bacon at the back of the palate. The sweetness lingers briefly before fading.
Maple on the nose. Strong maple and smoky taste with a syrupy mouthfeel.
