Nose: Sweet and nutty with graham cracker and a hint of chocolate. Palate: Tastes like sweet mint candy with abundant flavor, hints of baking spices, and a stronger nutty presence. The finish features chocolate mint, with tannins gradually building and coating the tongue. It's hard to believe this is 0.4 proof from hazmat. There are notes of raisin, cinnamon, and earthy tones in the prolonged finish.
