Sample - Oh, a cinnamon aroma - very strong! - A warm Kentucky embrace that lasts! Almost a tobacco aftertaste. Sampling again - stronger than the proof indicates, and I taste churro but more tobacco than previously.
The aroma is full of cinnamon and oak with vanilla. The taste starts with cinnamon roll, finishing with a touch of gingerbread and baking spices. It's very drinkable given the high alcohol content.
