A 7-year blend with one portion finished in a Mizunara oak cask. Barrel proof at 60.24%. The nose has strong cinnamon, honeyed graham cracker, baking spice, and hints of smoke. The palate is oak-forward with candied orange zest. A drying finish.
Extremely complex and far too easy to drink. This was one I should have kept hidden from my partner (she consumed most of our 2 bottles).
