Purity Distillery is situated on the Ellinge Castle estate in Sweden and produces various certified organic vodkas and gin. Each vodka is made with a blend of malted barley and Swedish winter wheat. The mash is processed through a copper still system that includes a 600-liter pot still connected to two column stills, each equipped with eight plates. For the Super 17 Premium, the spirit passes through the system once for each plate, considered a distillation. This resulting spirit is then combined with column-distilled organic wheat spirit and adjusted to 40% ABV using a mix of mineral-rich Swedish water and deionized water.

A crisp vodka produced by a Swedish distillery, made from estate-grown winter wheat and barley. It undergoes a slow distillation process 17 times in a unique copper still located at a 13th-century castle. The initial aroma consists of grain; a vibrant character introduces notes of wheat and barley, leading to a swift and doughy conclusion. June 2022 / January 2024
