About this bottle

Purity vodka is crafted from organic barley and winter wheat at their Swedish distillery. The core spirit is produced using a 600-liter copper pot-still connected to two column stills, each featuring eight plates. The barley and winter wheat mash is distilled twice, resulting in a spirit that does not require filtration. This is then combined with an organic column-distilled wheat distillate and two types of water: de-ionized and mineral-rich. This vodka, bottled at 40% ABV, holds organic certification in both the US and the EU.

A creamy, unfiltered, organic grain, Vodka made by Thomas Kuuttanen for Purity Distillery in Sweden using estate-grown winter wheat & barley, slow distilled 34 times in a proprietary copper still at 13th-century Ellinge Castle. 90% of the distillate evaporates during the process & only the purest; most refined cut is selected for the heart. It has an aromatic birth with hints of grain, citrus & spices; while a full life adds hints of wheat, vanilla, grass, pepper & almonds; that leads to a long & dry death. Excellent vodka. It has a lovely velvety texture, with notes of citrus and tonka bean. It's quite aromatic for a vodka and displays great elegance.
