Port Chilkoot Old School Whiskey

It's light with a distinct clover honey sweetness against an ethanol aroma and a peculiar green pine note. On the palate, there's more honey and pine, with minimal ethanol burn and a faint vanilla. The finish is short and smooth. It's triple distilled, similar to Irish whiskey in its clean profile, but feels a bit young. While a commendable attempt, the pine note is off-putting, and the intriguing honeyed notes aren't enough to compensate.
