Planteray Trinidad 2011 Binnys Burgundy Aged

Nose: Rich caramel and honey. A touch of citrus. Taste: Sweet, dense toffee with a subtle bitter wine note that fades into sweet vanilla cream. Adding water enhances the bitter notes and introduces funky fusel oil characteristics. The 'official notes' mention hints of mocha; it provides the drying sensation of drinking hot mocha but lacks much of the actual flavor.

One glass, so I need to make this count! Tropical, light fruits, citrus, and banana on the nose. Delicious. Wow... not enough to get a full picture. I'm going to buy a bottle. Rating based on neat sipping.
