Planteray Jamaica 2007 (West Indian Manatee)

Part of Planteray Rum's "Under the Sea" Vintage Collection No. 2, this is one of six limited bottlings. Each rum in the collection is distilled and aged in its country of origin before undergoing the brand's signature double aging in southwest France. The West Indian manatee appears on the label of this Jamaica 2007 vintage bottling, which was produced at Clarendon using a Vendome double retort copper still. The rum spent 13 years aging in ex-bourbon barrels, followed by an additional 2 years in France. Twenty-eight casks were made, and it became available in the US in May 2023. (SRP $80)
