Pinhook Hard Rye Guy High Proof Rye

I couldn't get into this spirit, even trying it several times. It becomes palatable with ice, but I'm still not enjoying it. The aroma is pure ethanol, the taste is weak, and it has a harsh burn. 1/3/23

Smell: undoubtedly rye spice, vanilla, herbs, and earthy notes. Taste: undoubtedly rye spice again. Flavors of hay, caramel, and a bitter sensation at the end. A satisfactory drink.
