Immediate apple notes, with a touch of brown sugar sweetness, various mixed berries, light oak, and honey. The finish is sweet, light, with a hint of tartness, and lasts a short to medium duration. This is my first experience with this type of spirit, and I found it enjoyable, but it definitely lacks the richer, more robust cognac characteristics I'm accustomed to. It's good, but personally, it doesn't quite hit the mark for me. However, I'm new to this category.
