Originally launched in 2022 as part of Penelope's limited Cooper Series, this straight rye has been reintroduced, now finished in Hungarian Tokaji wine casks. The 2025 edition, available starting July 2025, has an increased age statement of 9 years and is bottled at 104 proof.

Excellent. Grape flavors are prominent upfront with a pleasant sweet acidity that yields to a subtle hint of traditional rye whiskey. The finish is also satisfying. At 9 years old, this is as expected.
A mushroom-like finish, yet it's mellow and smooth.
