Peerless Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Rye "Toffee and Tobacco"

This is outstanding. The aroma is sweet, with caramel and vanilla, and a hint of spice. It coats the mouth with a luxuriously creamy rye texture, featuring flavors of toffee, caramel, and vanilla at the start, followed by bittersweet tobacco, some brown spices, and a touch of citrus. The finish is incredibly long and smooth, returning to the sweet notes. A dram of truly fine whiskey. Make a trip to Peerless Distilling in Louisville; it's the only place to find their single barrel masterpieces.
