Peats Beast Batch Strength Nose: smoked pork (ham or bacon), sweet berries, anise, butterscotch, orange zest Palate: smoked pork, cherry and raspberry preserves, vanilla Medium duration finish.
A robust nose of tar and peat. Enjoyable sweet smoke that fades as the flavors emerge, followed by faint sherry notes on the palate. A pleasant bonfire smoke on the finish.
