About this bottle
Approximately 20 pounds of Palisade pears are used in every bottle of this brandy. It undergoes open-air fermentation, a single distillation, and is matured in 100-gallon French and American oak barrels. Each spring, Peach Street Distillers places around 1000 bottles over young pears, allowing them to grow within the glass for a unique and limited release.
