This very good, balanced Agave Spirit from Jalisco, Mexico, aged at least 4 months in a Limousin Oak barrel. It offers an aromatic start with agave, citrus, wood & spices; a balanced middle presents oak, vanilla, honey; finishing warm & spicy for a medium duration with pepper, cinnamon & earth. July 2023
