About this bottle
This Pasote Tequila Extra Añejo is made with 100% blue Weber agave, which is cooked for two days in a brick oven. Fermentation occurs in open air steel tanks using wild local yeasts, without fibers, followed by double distillation in stainless steel pot stills. The spirit matures for 48 months in ex-bourbon American oak barrels and is bottled at 90 proof.
