Makayla Winkler 4.3

A nose and flavor of caramel quickly gives way to a sharp burn that fades rapidly, leaving a subtle hint of smoke. It's sophisticated, like a game of chess played in a cozy cabin.

Brynn Chappell 5.0

A caramel powerhouse with apricot and pepper. My wife said, “damn, it’s just good. You have permission to buy a bottle.”

Annalise Dunham 3.8

Overhyped. Not nearly as good as an Old Forester Birthday Bourbon, which I also sampled the same evening.

Dakota Speer 4.3

Smoked maple bacon, baking spices, and a long finish.
