Parker's Heritage Master Distiller's Blend of Mashbills Bourbon

NOSE Dark fruit with a cherry emphasis, oak, complex baking spice, cocoa, vanilla marshmallow, caramel, toasted nuts, Bananas Foster, a hint of herbs, citrus, fruitcake, and leather notes. Seriously, this is an amazing nose. PALATE Oak, dark fruit with a cherry emphasis, complex baking spice, rich dark sweets, dried orchard fruits, vanilla, nuts, fresh pastries, and some subtle biscuity, citrus, and herbal notes. Warm and rich, I could drink this constantly. FINISH Long -> Oak, dried dark fruit, cocoa, and leather gradually disappear in a taffy-sweet and oaky manner.

137.9 proof. Oak and coconut on the nose, with a slight bite. A little acidic on the palate, clear rye spice, though the finish is rather brief. Some sweetness, dark chocolate. The fruit notes linger slightly. Definitely drinks smoother than its proof suggests. 8/23/17

Incredible rich cocoa and sweetness with spice - a perfect blend of high wheat and high rye. High 139 proof that drinks like a 90+ proof.

My absolute favorite bourbon. So many flavors and very smooth on the palate despite the higher proof.

Smooth initially, but a very spicy finish. Adding a few drops helped somewhat, but it's still quite intense.

Among the top 3 Bourbons. Thick, viscous, and incredibly intricate. Both spicy and sweet.
