This reminds me a lot of Mackmyra Svensk ek, with vanilla and green grass being the most prominent tastes. That said, the finish is the spiciest I've ever encountered in a whisky. The intense black pepper flavor lingers long after the final sip. While there's no peat, the powerful spice blend could easily be mistaken for one. I wouldn't rush to repurchase it, but if I stumbled upon it at a good price or had spare funds, I might get it again for its distinctive flavor and the narrative surrounding it.

An average spirit, but acceptable. The aroma presents pear and apples, generally fresh green fruits. I like the nose. On the palate, it transitions to a dry mouthfeel with vanilla, a flavor that persists for some time.
On the nose, it's light and sweet, with hints of citrus and pear. The body is light, featuring lemon and pear flavors, and a subtly spiced finish.
For the cost, the quality is quite poor. It needed more time aging in the barrel.
Spicy and fruity. A good level of smoke, not overwhelming. A light and pleasant burn.
It's alright. Features some fruitiness, a hint of smoke, and a mild sting at the end.
