Papa's Pilar Dark Rum Bourbon Barrel Finish single Barrel Select

A rich, sugar cane liqueur from Florida composed of Rums from Florida, Central America and the Caribbean aged in Solera, Port Wine casks, Sherry casks & finished in a Bourbon cask. It has an aromatic start with notes of brown sugar & fruit; a rich & full middle adds notes of molasses & oak, leading to a long & sweet finish with notes of spiced vanilla & dried apricots. June 2018
