Aroma: The aroma isn't very strong, so it doesn't prepare the palate effectively. Appearance: The rich color from the honey and caramel is definitely visible. Taste: The initial taste isn't great, but it's not the strongest bourbon either, so it goes down quite smoothly. Aftertaste: The aftertaste is clearly the highlight of this bottle. This is where the honey and caramel flavors come through distinctly, and there's hardly any burn afterward.
