About this bottle
Hoochery Distillery, located on Spike's farm in the Ord River Valley, Kununurra, is a small pot distillery and the oldest in Western Australia. Using locally sourced sugar cane, water, and yeast, they produce Ord River Overproof Rum with an annual capacity exceeding 50,000 bottles. The rum undergoes charcoal filtration and is aged in barrels that will later mature Spike's Raymond B Whisky. This particular bottling is from Vat 35, dated 07/23/2015. It is currently only available within Australia.
