Oola Discourse Three Shores Whiskey

What an impressive bottle! This is currently one of my most favored new (to me) discoveries. I truly admire creators who dare to innovate and release novel products. A brief sensory evaluation: honeysuckle and white tea on the front of the palate, supported by a delicate hint of saltiness and a trace of smoke. It possesses a refined quality, as if cognac or a few drops of pear brandy came into contact with the barrel at some point. Overall: there's a subtle depth here that makes consuming an entire serving almost too easy.

I am delighted with this purchase. I managed to acquire it for less than retail, and despite reading some negative reviews online, I am very pleased I decided to buy it. It possesses a hint of a craft bourbon character, but overall it has a very pleasant, cohesive, full, and well-rounded profile. It has a way of fully coating the palate simultaneously. Chocolatey, with a deep dark fruit quality, and a significant amount of rye spice in the finish.

Very delicious whisky, not harsh or overpowering to your taste buds, a nice sipping whisky. A bit pricey at 50 dollars a bottle.

Light and sweet, with fruity flavors, and very easy to drink.
