Old Potrero Single Barrel Reserve

Nose: apple and cherry. Taste: Similar initial notes, transitioning to leather, heat, and black pepper spice. The finish is strongly and evenly peppery, fading into caramel and oak. Despite the very high proof and heat, it's still very enjoyable neat. Cube: I love this; it's a fantastic rye.
