This Old Overholt Bottled in Bond Straight Rye is not chill filtered before bottling, according to its label, to provide a richer flavor. However, it is still produced within a single distilling season and aged for a minimum of four years in a bonded warehouse. As required for bottled-in-bond whiskey, it is bottled at 100 proof. This version, launched in 2020, supersedes the prior bottling.
