Old Forester's 117 Series introduces The 117 Series: High Angels’ Share Rye, a limited small-batch Kentucky straight rye whiskey. This expression is part of Old Forester's 117 Series and features barrels chosen for their substantial evaporative loss during maturation, a result of heat-cycled warehouse conditions. These barrels, yielding less volume, are selected for their concentrated flavor. Batch 001 is bottled at 55% ABV (110 proof) in 375 ml containers. It is scheduled for release in March 2026 at the distillery and select Kentucky retailers, with a suggested retail price of $64.99.
