Nose - Cinnamon, herbal, floral. Slightly savory. Hints of oak and leather. Palate - Caramel and herbs with abundant spice. The flavors meld so well together, making it an exceptional rye, even with the spice. Finish - The finish is consistent with the palate; one of the finest ryes I've encountered.
