The palate confirms buttery brown sugar, and I really mean buttery! I've never experienced a whiskey with such a thick texture. It coats the mouth like butter, and I adored it. I found myself reaching for another sip, thoroughly enjoying the mouthfeel and flavor. I even checked to ensure it wasn't syrup due to its richness. It's rich and sweet; if this profile appeals to you, it's a definite purchase. If not, I'd suggest trying it at a bar or a friend's place first. I withheld a perfect score due to the cost. It set me back $100, which is more than my typical spending.

Nose: An exceptionally sweet aroma. Not at all aggressive. Hints of baked bread, gentle cinnamon, raw sugar, and vanilla. It evokes the scent of a coffee cake or the edge of a pie. Quite pleasant without being overpowering. Palate: Tastes of caramel and lightly browned graham crackers. The taste mirrors the sweetness of the aroma, but feels natural. It's quite rich yet remains delicate enough for my preference. Finish: Presents notes of maple and raw sugar, accompanied by a touch of cinnamon heat. The finish lingers for a moderate to long time, providing a comforting warmth in your chest. There's no harsh burn, just a cozy embrace of sweet, pie-like tastes. Thoughts: For the $105 price point, it leans towards the expensive side. It's considerably simpler to locate than certain other bottles, and equally delightful. I would certainly repurchase it.

I am finding enjoyment in this spirit. My craving for sweetness is satisfied by this sweet wheat. Very smooth for 107+ proof. The pour is a dark caramel color. The nose strongly smells of caramel and spices. On the palate, the sweetness quickly fades into a heated spice in the middle, ending in a rather smooth finish for a high proof, but the finish was not long.

Not too viscous. Sweet, fruity nose, not spicy. Palate is simple, sweetness and just enough pepper for the proof. A very simple profile and little finish. Pretty much what I'd expect from a wheat. Good higher proof intro whiskey, but not for anyone wanting a complex drink.
