Bacon and bourbon are quintessentially American. Branded Spirits USA introduced this bacon-flavored bourbon in April 2016, made using a secret method of pressure infusion. It has a 35% ABV.

This is intriguing.. a subtle hint of bacon fat, but an unusual smokiness on the finish.. I don't find it overly sweet like many reviews suggest.. a solid bourbon foundation beneath the smoky notes.. more of a novelty and likely not something I'd repurchase, but it was good enough.
There's a smoky sweetness that's precisely what I was searching for. Not an overwhelming bacon taste, but I do detect those nuances. All things considered, an enjoyable liquor for cocktails, and sort of essential for creative mixed drinks, though a bit unconventional.
The name 'Ol' Major Bacon Bourbon' isn't my favorite... but the drink itself... I first tried it at a bar sometime ago and loved it. I bought a bottle and created my own Bacon Old Fashioneds. Absolutely delicious!
Quite disappointing. The aroma had very little bacon, and there was none on the palate or finish. It's somewhat sweet and oily, with a bitter aftertaste.
No scent or taste of bacon. Not smoky or salty. Very sweet, occupying its own distinct category, similar to 43.
It's become a standard at our place for impromptu happy hour (which can be any time of day. Haha).
