Tequila tasting night. My palate can't precisely differentiate tequila notes beyond vanilla, caramel, oak, and agave, plus this wasn't an occasion for deep analysis, so I'll judge them based on my enjoyment. It was somewhat bland initially, but it grew on me as the night went on. Very good tequila.

I really enjoy this, but it bears a closer resemblance to bourbon than tequila.

The flavor lingers in your mouth for an extended period.
