Founded in Minneapolis in 2013, Norseman Distillery operates as a micro-distillery producing over fifty distinct spirits, including two aquavit varieties. Norseman Aquavit is crafted with caraway, coriander, fennel, star anise, angelica root, and lemon peel. This aquavit is matured for six months in charred white oak barrels before being bottled at 40% ABV.
