Noor Pomegranate 0.5L is a strong grape beverage, an aromatic alcohol from Derbent Cognac Factory, containing spirits from ripe white grapes cultivated in sunny Dagestan. The distillates were produced using modern equipment through the distillation of fermented mash from berries harvested in 2011, and also aged in oak for seven years. In the final stage, the drink was blended with pomegranate and chokeberry juices, water, and sugar syrup, reducing the alcohol content to thirty-five degrees and reaching a sweetness level of 50 g/L. Grape varieties: Ugni Blanc, Riesling, and Rkatsiteli. Color: old gold with light but clearly visible cognac tones and mahogany reflections. Aroma: starts with juicy, recognizable notes of ripe pomegranate seeds, raisins, sugar syrup, spices, and chokeberry. Taste: bright and sweet notes of Bordeaux fruits, dark garden berries, spices, dried grapes, and oak are felt. Food pairings: the strong drink works excellently as a digestif and accompaniment to desserts; it's also worth trying to make a simple or complex cocktail with it. Serving temperature: 16-20 °C.
