Noor Apricot

The strong grape beverage Noor Apricot is a unique take on grape spirits, blending European and indigenous varieties from the same harvest year. Selected seven-year-old distillates are enhanced with natural fruit and berry juices: grape, apricot, and orange, then diluted to 35 percent alcohol. The entire production process was handled by the renowned Derbent Brandy Combine in the Republic of Dagestan. Grape varieties: Uni Blanc, Riesling, and Rkatsiteli. Color: an appealing amber-caramel hue with light pale chestnut glints. Nose: abundant with tempting notes of dried fruits, candied citrus, apricot, exotic spices, and flowers. Taste: showcases a variety of rounded nuances of baked fig, peach flesh, orange zest, grape, and pastry spices. Food pairings: this spirit is served as a digestif or used as a base for mixed drinks. Serving temperature: 16-20 °C.
