Recognized as the "World's Best Single Cask Single Malt" at the World Whiskies Awards 2017, this single cask bottling from the Chichibu distillery has gained significant international acclaim. Created for the yearly festival in Chichibu, this 6-year-old whisky matured in a fino sherry hogshead and was bottled at 59.2% in January 2017.
