About this bottle

In 2013, Don DiMonte and Ana Simoes established this micro-distillery in Vaughan, Ontario. After a three-year process to navigate regulations, they opened in 2016. While awaiting their whisky's aging, they offer other spirits like gin and moonshine. This traditional moonshine is made from corn and sugar, double-distilled, and briefly aged in charred new American oak. It includes some of the initial spirit produced by Last Straw distiller, Brandon DiMonte. Availability is restricted to Ontario.
