Nikka Black Rich Blend

My bottle was 40% ABV, but had the same label and size. It's bland and uninteresting. Knowing it was an inexpensive whisky while in Japan, I decided to give it a try. It's an inoffensive, budget spirit, but offers little else. A hint of caramel on the nose. The taste is mildly sweet but dull and lacking depth. The finish just disappears without any harshness.

It's fruity but not very aged. It's acceptable, but not particularly delicious.
