A complex, Aged Gin from founders of a distillery in Switzerland. It starts with their award-winning Swiss Blended Gin at 43% ABV, made from 18 botanicals including juniper, barberry, laurel fruit, citrus, orange peel, fresh grapefruit, cardamom, hay flower, clover blossoms, bee balm, verbena, hyssop, Camomile, black currant leaves, orris root, carline thistle root, galangal & licorice. It is then rested in barrels previously holding Barolo & Cocchi Vermouth. It has an aromatic start with notes of sultanas, dried basil, fennel, lemon, citrus zest & maple syrup. Its fresh & complex character adds notes of flowers, mint, juniper, cinnamon, dried summer berries, dried fig & wet grass, leading to a crisp & tart finish with notes of oak spices & raspberry.
