Pale yellow in color with viscous, slow-moving legs down the glass. The aroma is like sweet cream mixed with canned peaches, with a hint of iodine nearby. The palate is creamy, featuring baking spices, and the finish is like sweet, crispy brown sugar topping an apple pie. It's a decent whiskey, though the aroma is a bit medicinal for my liking. After adding some water, the aroma improves, becoming vanilla cream with apricots and peaches. The palate turns extra sweet and creamy. This is definitely a whiskey that benefits from water!

A delightful, creamy, grassy, and vanilla whiskey. It's light, with hints of honey and apricot, as well as a maple-like sweetness on the finish. Well-balanced and quite good.
BATCH 7 Herbal aroma reminiscent of cut grass and hay. Oily texture on the palate, with complexity - hints of fruit and spices. Pleasant, long finish with notes of licorice and herbs.
Floral, smooth
