Aroma - juniper, mint, cucumber, vanilla, mild caramel, sweet and spicy herbaceous and floral elements, alcohol burn. Flavor - juniper, black pepper, vanilla, sweet cream, sweet and spicy herbaceous and floral elements, minimal alcohol bite, finishing fairly long with persistent juniper and vanilla sweet cream flavors. While I'm not a gin specialist, I find this one to be very drinkable, possessing a pleasant natural sweetness not found in other gins.

Amazing! One of the top gins I have ever tried. I did a tasting at this distillery, and everything was outstanding. It's smooth and doesn't burn. I strongly suggest it on its own or in a mixed drink.
