Mount Uncle claims the distinction of being Northern Queensland's sole distillery, taking its name from the mountain it is situated against. Utilizing locally sourced and native ingredients whenever feasible, Mount Uncle's Platinum Cane Spirit is produced from sugarcane syrup and clarified by filtration through volcanic rock from the Cairns Tablelands. Note: Availability is confined to Australia.
