Maybe because it tastes the most like bourbon out of my three rum experiences, this rum really impressed me. I had another serving and will look to buy a bottle for my collection. It has great flavor for sipping, in my opinion.
Aroma: High ethanol content, spice, and caramel apple. Taste: Warming spice, spiced pears, red delicious apples, and cloves.
Slightly spicy Toffee Mild Sweet
A bit sugary Caramel Peppery Bourbon
Spice, blossoms, and something vaguely medicinal.
Solid until the end.
