Mount Gay The Port Cask Expression, released in mid-October 2020 in the U.S., is the third bottling in the Master Blender Collection, initiated in 2018. Current master blender Trudiann Branker selected European oak tawny port casks for this expression. It blends a column-distilled rum aged 5 years in tawny port casks with a double-distilled rum, aged 14 years in ex-American whiskey barrels before a one-year finish in tawny port casks. This blend is bottled at 55% ABV without chill-filtration.
