About this bottle

Founded in 2019, MONDAY Zero Proof Gin is the brand's flagship product. This non-alcoholic spirit is crafted to mimic a London Dry Gin, incorporating ingredients like monk fruit extract, natural juniper extract, natural coriander seed extract, and natural cucumber extract. Serve MONDAY Zero Proof Gin in place of traditional gin in mixed drinks. The beverage is zero calorie, contains no sugar, and is gluten-free.

Ember Charles 3.0

This was the second alcohol-free 'gin' I bought to get me through dry January. Unlike the Warner's Double Juniper, this seems to be 'created' rather than primarily distilled. The scent reminds me of my university days when I drank something called 'Storm,' an 8% ABV alcoholic lemonade (sadly, that wasn't the worst I consumed, which included various spirits I made myself and food-grade ethanol). However, the taste, when mixed, is probably the closest I've come to gin among all the zero-alcohol spirits. Again, citrus and lemon are the dominant flavors. But unlike the Warner's version, it tastes a bit artificial, which isn't surprising given its composition. I believe if the flavor profile were achieved through more natural extraction or distillation methods, it would be a very decent drink. Regardless, it isn't, so it gets a 3.

Magnolia Blum 2.0

Consider this more of an herbal cordial. It's not outstanding and is rather thick. I suspect it might be alright with tonic, but it's really not very worthwhile.
