Upsides: A touch of smoke, a touch of heat, and a pleasant flavor. Downsides: Overly sweet, and tastes more like apple juice than bourbon. Of the three non-alcoholic bourbons I have sampled, this one is the least like the genuine article. It seems like something I would consume, rather than savor.

It's the closest thing to a whiskey you can sip neat, though the difference is noticeable. It has a flavor reminiscent of single malt tea, without any harshness. I also appreciate the absence of an artificial bite.
Smells like apple juice or apple cider. The taste is incredibly thin and sweet – like honey water.
